What Corvette recommends Edmunds?

While the base 1LT offers a ton of performance and lots of features, we recommend that you walk up to the 2LT trim with Z51 Performance package. The 2LT comes with more standard equipment such as infotainment system updated and heated seats and opened the amount of options available. We also think it interesting to do the Z51, as it significantly improves the Corvette performance.

Chevrolet Corvette models

The Corvette Stingray 2020 is available in three versions: 1LT, 2LT and 3LT, each building with the latest features and options available. All are powered by means mounted 6.2 liter non-turbo V8 (490 hp, 465 lb-ft), which transmits power to the rear wheels via a dual clutch transmission with eight speeds, a first for Corvette.

The base 1LT is fairly well equipped with features such as leather seats, keyless entry with push-button start, a mirror of the rear camera, an 8-inch touch screen, Apple carplay and Android Auto and 10-speaker Bose audio system. The options on the 1LT are limited.

The 2LT offers a greater variety of standard and available features. Standard items include a Bose sound system 14 speakers, heated and ventilated seats, head-up display, and interior color choices. You also get the recorder’s performance Chevrolet data, a system that records videos of your turns as well as information such as steering angle and g-force. Optional features that are not available on the 1LT include more aggressive seats, a front lifting system and carbon fiber trim.

At the top of the range, you have the 3LT trim level. It comes with all the standard equipment you will find on the 2LT and standard sports seats GT2, additional interior colors and more. Available features generally reflect those of the 2LT trim except for already comes standard.

The Z51 Performance Package is available on all three versions and comes with some significant improvements to the powertrain and chassis. Cars with the Z51 package get a slight bump in power (495 hp and 470 lb-ft) with a performance exhaust system.
