The new generation of Renault Kwid 2020 will soon be introduced in India. This is seen from a spyshot image that is published on the Rush Lane page. The camouflage car with the patterned color was found on a road test.
From the appearance of the images seen, the latest version of the Renault Kwid carries a design similar to the Renault Kwid K-ZE model on display at the Shanghai Motor 2019.
Looking at the exterior, the 2020 version of the Renault Kwid will get a split headlamp model, with the addition of a redesigned DRL LED and bumper. More than that, you will also get a new grille design, new fog lights and a large air filter.
While from the rear side, the Renault Kwid 2020 gets a new brake light design with a ‘C’ shaped LED light. Beyond that the outline of the design is still maintaining the previous generation Kwid design language.
Speaking of engine aspects, the Renault Kwid facelift gets an engine that complies with emissions regulations in India.
The engine is still the same, 0.8-liter gasoline with 54 hp power output combined with 72 Nm of torque. Other engine choices are 1.0 liter 3 slinder, which has a peak power of 68 hp and 91 Nm of torque.
